Mead Making 2nd Rack

I was supposed to “rack” (siphon the mead to another container) 30 days after the last racking. It looked like the yeast had stopped working only after a few days. So, I was advised to take the wine off the fruit. Still a little cloudy and smells like alcohol. That’s all I can tell you!
